ALMOND MILK:
This is a good alternative if you are lactose intolerant or looking to reduce your total calorie intake to lose weight. This particular brand has more calcium per 100ml compared to the low fat dairy milk shown. It is low is Kilojoules, carbohydrates and sugar. However, this milk is low in protein which is not suitable for children. I personally find this milk quite flavorless so I like it in smoothies but not my coffee.
OAT MILK
This milk has a creamy flavor which some people enjoy in their drinks and cereals. It has just a little less kilojoules compared to Low Fat Dairy milk and a lot less sugar and protein. It is also not suitable if you are gluten intolerant. Overall, unless you are drinking this due to being lactose intolerant and enjoy the taste, then I would just drink Cow's Milk.
LOW FAT DAIRY MILK
This milk is higher in kilojoules, protein, carbohydrates, sugars then the other options. I would suggest that Almond Milk would be the best alternative option to Cow's milk if you were lactose intolerant or looking for a lower Kilojoule option.
